How to change the name of your Palworld server
When you create a Palworld server, it is automatically named “Nitroserv Palworld Server.” If you want to change the name of your server, you can do so by editing your server configuration file.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Open your server configuration file in a text editor.
- Locate the following line:
serverName="nitroServ Palworld Server”
- Replace “Nitroserv Palworld Server” with the name you want your server to be called.
- Save changes to the configuration file.
- Restart your server.
Once you have restarted your server, the new name will be visible in the community list.

- Your server name should be between 1 and 64 characters in length.
- Characters allowed are letters, numbers, spaces, and hyphens.

Save the changes to the configuration file and reboot your server. Once the server is restarted, the new name will be visible in the community list.
